The series 700 internal grinding spindles are used for applications requiring higher cutting speeds. All rotary components are precisely balanced.
Our grinding spindles are manufactured from special materials ensuring a high dimensional stability even at extreme application conditions.
Only high-precision bearings installed under pre-load are used as bearings. The concentricity on the ­taper is < 0.002 mm.

Rotation
In the case of internal grinding spindles with inside cone 1:7.5, the appropriate orientation must be defined. Internal grinding spindles with HSK spindle holder can be used for CW and CCW operation alike. However, the use of our original accessories is a pre­requisite.

Sealing
The tool end is sealed by means of a specially tested labyrinth seal. It protects the spindle bearings against soiling. The spindles can be used horizontally and vertically alike.
