Each spindle unit is subject to maximum loads and requires optimum servicing in the event of a repair. Each spindle for repair is carefully dismantled on receipt to localise the cause of the failure.
The necessary repairs are performed after an intensive check and any standard components that have to be replaced such as ball bearings, seals, etc. are determined and an estimate of costs drawn up.

Naturally we guarantee an exact check of the components in this field too and the use of reusable parts.

The repair is carried out after an order has been placed or the estimate of costs approved by the customer.

The criteria for acceptance and release by our quality assurance system are subject to the same requirements as for new spindle units. The customer receives a measurement report listing the quality values achieved  when the spindles are returned.
